The Quattroflow QF1200 single-use pump chamber is a disposable, product-wetted assembly designed for biopharmaceutical diaphragm pumps where rapid changeover and elimination of cleaning validation are required.

- Standard connections: 3/4 in Tri-Clamp (3/4 in TC) inline inlet and outlet.
- Gamma sterilizable up to 50 kGy for sterile single-use workflows.
- Product-wetted materials: pump chamber and valve plate polypropylene, diaphragms TPE, valves and O-rings EPDM.
- Easy replacement; typically supplied as replacement sets of three chambers to support quick changeover.

Cartridges feature accurate flow rates and adjustable tubing retainers to hold tubing in place ¿ for large cartridges, set tubing retainers to your tube size and you are ready to pump. On small cartridges, optimum retention is preset ¿ simply load tubing and start pumping. Cartridges are constructed from polycarbonate and glass-filled nylon. Mix small and large cartridges on pump heads that accept both sizes; two small cartridges occupy the same space as one large cartridge.

The EchoSonic II™ general purpose two-wire ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level measurement up to 32.8 ft (10 m), and is well suited for challenging ultrapure, corrosive, slurry or waste liquids. The transmitter is broadly selected for atmospheric bulk storage, day tank, waste sump, process vessel, IBC tote, 55-gallon drum and waste sump applications. Media examples include acetic acid and resin.
The Fob USB interface tool (LI99-1001) is necessary to change EchoSonics from the factory configuration. One Fob will configure multiple EchoSonics.
